Frequently Asked Questions

Will my signature look the same in all email clients?

Most email clients support HTML signatures, but rendering can vary slightly. The templates are designed to work well in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and other popular clients.

Why embed the photo as base64 instead of linking to it?

Embedding the image ensures it displays even when recipients block external images. Base64 encoding includes the image data directly in the HTML, so no external server is needed.

Can I edit the HTML after copying it?

Yes! If you know HTML, you can modify colors, fonts, spacing, or any other aspect of the signature after copying the code.

Is my information stored anywhere?

No. All signature generation happens in your browser. Your contact details and photo are never sent to any server.
